2004 Canterbury DHB Quality and Innovation Awards

The second annual Canterbury DHB Quality and Innovation Awards attracted 22 projects (detailed in the 2004 Canterbury DHB Quality and Innovation Awards Project Entrees Summary Booklet), which were honoured at an awards ceremony on 30th August 2004. This year the awards were broken into two categories; 1) Community and Contracted Providers and 2) Hospital and Specialist Service.
