CANTERBURY DHB QUALITY & PATIENT SAFETY COUNCILThe second annual Canterbury DHB Quality and Innovation Awards attracted 22 projects (detailed in the 2004 Canterbury DHB Quality and Innovation Awards Project Entrees Summary Booklet), which were honoured at an awards ceremony on 30th August 2004.
