Canterbury Regional Cancer & Haematology Service (CRCHS)

​The Canterbury Regional Cancer and Haematology Service covers the needs of patients from the Canterbury District Health Board, Nelson/Marlborough, South Canterbury and the West Coast Districts, including:

  • Medical Oncology - the treatment of cancer with drugs

  • Radiation Oncology - the treatment of cancer with radiation therapy

  • Haematology - diagnosing and treating both non-malignant and malignant diseases of the blood and bone marrow.

  • Palliative Care to support and care to people and their families who are dealing with life threatening illness.
