Dexamethasone can be given as a subcut bolus in doses up to 4 mg, however if it is to be mixed with other drugs, it should be the last constituent added.

NO MORE THAN 3 MEDICATIONS SHOULD BE COMBINED IN A SYRINGE DRIVER
