About Meetings and Minutes

The Meetings and Minutes section of this website provides access to information about the Canterbury DHB Board and Statutory Advisory Committees, their members, agendas, minutes and meeting timeframes and locations.

The Meeting and Minutes information is separated into five sub-sections as follows:

Canterbury District Health Board - containing Board member profiles, agendas, minutes and meetings dates

CDHB Quality and Patient Safety Council - containing CDHB Quality and Patient Safety member profiles, meeting dates and terms of reference
Community and Public Health & Disability Support Advisory Committee – containing Community and Public Health and Disability Support Advisory Committee (CPHDSAC) member profiles, agendas, minutes and meetings dates
Hospital Advisory Committee – containing Hospital Advisory Committee (HAC) member profiles, agendas, minutes and meetings dates

Quality, Finance, Audit and Risk Committee – containing Financial, Audit & Risk Committee (FARC) member profiles, agendas, minutes and meetings dates

Public meetings will be advertised in local newspapers before the meeting is held.

Members of the public are welcome to attend, subject only to the right of Board or Committees to decide to take some item(s) of business while the public are excluded. Copies of the agenda and associated reports will be available at the public meetings.

The agenda and associated reports of any public meeting are also available for inspection (two working days prior to the meeting) at the Canterbury DHB's Corporate Office, Level 2 H Block, The Princess Margaret Hospital, Cashmere Road, Christchurch.
