Chris has worked for Canterbury Health Laboratories since 1988, originally in the Automated Biochemistry Laboratory then in the Specialist Biochemistry Laboratory. His areas of knowledge include Porphyrins, Vitamins, Kidney Stones, Tumour markers, Thiopurine methyl transferase, Sweat testing, Cholinesterases, Blood mercury, Biogenic amines, Quality control, and Chemical Safety. Over the last couple of years his role in CHL has been one of method development, and in particular, new HPLC and EIA methods.
