Requirements:
  • Doctor must fill in an Allergy Prick Skin Testing Clinic form - to obtain a copy please click here.
  • Patient must make an appointment by phoning the Immunology department on 364 0414
  • Patient must not take antihistamines for 72 hours prior to appointment
  • Patient must bring Allergy Prick Skin Testing Clinic form completed by doctor to appointment
